The Erlen golf course was opened in 1994 and is situated in the middle of a gently undulating fruit-growing landscape in the idyllic Thurgau. The course, par 71 with 5694 meters, was realized as a joint effort of golf and landscape architects with international experience.
The course is situated on a gentle slope and is relatively flat, except for the ascending hole 12, a Par 5 with a difference in altitude of about 20 metres. Large ponds, versatile bunkers and fast greens are a delightful challenge for ambitious golfers, but also offer a fair chance for the recreational golfer.
Erlen is a popular venue for tournaments. This has a lot to do with the visionary clubhouse, which is one of the most striking in the country in terms of dimensions and structure. It has an underground car park with almost 50 parking spaces, various meeting rooms with state-of-the-art infrastructure and a spacious terrace overlooking the golf course. The bar and restaurant can accommodate around 250 guests.
A covered driving range, chipping and putting greens and an indoor golf course complete the perfect offer.
